## Go-live verification (every placement)
- [ ] Link live at the exact agreed URL (correct protocol, no redirect chain)
- [ ] Link points at the agreed target page (re-verify after publisher edits)
- [ ] Anchor matches the approved anchor
- [ ] Placement indexed (spot-check within the agreed window)
- [ ] Logged: publisher, placement URL, anchor, target page, placement type, fee flag, go-live date, screener

## 12-month monitoring (every link, every month)
- [ ] Link still live
- [ ] Still pointing at the agreed target (no silent retargeting by the publisher)
- [ ] Placement still indexed
- [ ] Page not turned into a "sponsored" wall or deindexed
- [ ] Removal detected → publisher contacted → free replacement issued per guarantee
- [ ] Client notified when a link drops and when the replacement is live

## Reporting cadence
- [ ] Monthly report: placements qualified / approved / live, per placement type
- [ ] Per-market view for international campaigns
- [ ] For brand mentions: same prompt set re-run, named/not-named per prompt, % presence and rotation — never a one-off snapshot
- [ ] Numbers traceable: every link in the report exists in the tracker with a URL
- [ ] No ranking or traffic timelines promised; what IS stated: go-live dates and index status

## Guarantee compliance
- [ ] Replacement window (12 months) tracked per link
- [ ] Refund/replacement policy applied consistently (delivered to spec or money back)
- [ ] Fee flags reviewed: client knew which placements involved a publisher fee before approval

## Quarterly review
- [ ] Referring-domain growth vs plan
- [ ] Placement types that produced indexing problems or removals — adjust mix
- [ ] Publisher list pruned: sites that decayed (traffic cliff, link-farm drift) are out
- [ ] Anchor distribution reviewed across the whole profile (over-optimisation check)
