Guest posts for SaaS and AI products

A guest post is an original article, written for a publication your category reads, that links to you because the article needs the link. If it wouldn't be worth publishing without the link, it's the wrong article.

It's the placement type with the most room to say something, and the most room to say nothing. We build for the first.

/ fit

When do guest posts make sense?

They make sense when you have something worth saying and a publication whose readers would want to hear it.

A good fit

  • You have a point of view, a method or a data point a category reader hasn't already seen on ten other sites.
  • The publishers you want have no existing article your product fits, so there's nothing to insert into.
  • You want a page that can carry a reader from the problem to your product, not just past one sentence.

A poor fit

  • You want the link and don't care about the article. A post nobody would read is a placement a publisher removes.
  • The plan is volume: thirty posts a month, one keyword anchor. That pattern reads as built for links, not for readers.
  • The publisher takes anything. A “write for us” page is the signal, and our filter excludes those sites.
/ mechanism

Why does a guest post work?

The article gives readers a reason to click, and gives the link a context that earns its place.

  • It's a page in its own right.

It's indexed separately, read by the publication's audience, and able to rank for its own topic.

  • The link sits inside an argument.

The reader has just read your reasoning, so they arrive at your page knowing what you'd say.

  • Control is the trade-off.

A guest post gives you the most say over context, which is also what makes it the placement most easily abused. That's why the article has to stand on its own.

If it wouldn't be worth publishing without the link, it's the wrong article.

How we run a guest post

  1. 01

    Angle

We agree the topic, the target page and the anchor with you. The topic comes first; the link follows from it.

  2. 02

    Prospect and qualify

where most of our time goes

Same rules in every placement: 2,000+ monthly organic visits, topical relevance, no “write for us” or “advertise with us” pages, Ahrefs DR 40 or higher (a filter, never the verdict), and a screen for link-farm patterns. One failure and the site is out.

  3. 03

    Pitch

We pitch the publisher a topic, not a link request, and negotiate a price that fits the placement.

  4. 04

    Write

Our own AI tool drafts the article. A person shapes it around your product and the publisher's audience. It's unique on every placement and included in the price. You approve every placement before it's published.

  5. 05

    Monitor

Live, indexed and still pointing where it should, checked for 12 months. A removed link is replaced free.

Guest post FAQ

Do you write the article, and is it written by AI?

We write it. Our own AI tool produces the draft and a person edits it for the publisher and your product. It's unique on every placement, and the cost is in the $295. You approve the placement before it's published.

Will the post be labelled as sponsored?

Usually not. We don't ask publishers to add a label, and most don't.

Can our team contribute?

Yes. A quote or a data point from someone on your team makes a stronger article, and publishers prefer it. Tell us on the call.

Do guest posts carry a risk?

Publishing an article on a relevant site is ordinary. Paying for it is where the risk sits: bought links can be devalued by search engines, and we don't ask publishers to mark them. We tell you which placements involved a fee before you approve, and we don't build for volume or for repeated keyword anchors.

How many guest posts do we need?

There's no set number. The plan sets it: which pages need to win, and how far behind competitors they are. Link building strategy →

What would you want your product known for?

Bring the topic. Andreea will tell you which publications would carry it, and whether it's a guest post or something else.
